Jeremy Durham - Managing Member of Investment Firm in Tennessee

A Brentwood, Tennessee-based real estate investor with extensive legal experience, Jeremy Durham is managing member of J and J Ventures, LLC, a holding company through which he owns more than 15 properties. He also owns an RV park in Florida. Jeremy Durham's responsibilities as managing member of the firm include evaluating prospective investment properties to determine their profit potential, compiling a team of business partners, and facilitating financing.

In addition to his expertise in real estate investing, Jeremy Durham seeks out opportunities in business markets, most notably investing in a healthcare startup that completed a successful IPO in 2020 and is now traded on the NYSE. He also provides ongoing legal counsel to real estate, consumer finance, and healthcare businesses.

Mr. Durham earned a juris doctor from the University of Memphis, where he graduated in under three years and was a member of the Christian Legal Society and Federalist Society.
